KAZAN, Jul 9 (PRIME) – Telegram Vice President Ilya Perekopsky can take part in an event involving Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin for the first time for the messenger’s top official to discuss the IT industry, PRIME reported on Thursday.
The communications industry has recently unblocked Telegram after two years of muting for the messenger’s reluctance to share the decoding keys with the Federal Security Service.
